1. Eligibility & Restricted Regions
Rummy91 is an online rummy and skill-based gaming platform operated by Rummy91 Tech Private Limited.
Access is restricted to Indian players aged 18 years and above.
Cash games on Rummy91 are not available to residents or visitors from the following Indian states and territories:
If you access from these restricted regions, your account may be suspended and any winnings forfeited.

3. Acceptance of Terms

9. Refund Policy

10. Account Termination
You may terminate your Rummy91 account anytime by emailing support@rummy91.bet. After verifying your identity, any remaining cash balance (if eligible) will be refunded to your registered payment method.

Rules:
- All deposits must be made in INR via UPI / Paytm / Bank.
- Withdrawals are allowed only from Winnings & Bonus Accounts after gameplay and KYC verification.
- Deposits are non-transferable and cannot be withdrawn directly.
- Rummy91 may apply daily or session-wise limits for responsible gaming and fraud prevention.
- Inactive balances (over 300 days) may be forfeited or refunded depending on KYC status.
12. Taxes (TDS)
In compliance with Indian law, a 30% TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) is applied on any single-game winning exceeding ₹10,000.
• Players must provide valid PAN details within 60 days to claim winnings.
• Unverified winnings may be forfeited and remitted to the Government per TDS rules.
13. Limitation of Liability
Rummy91 provides real-money skill games on an "as-is" basis.
We are not liable for:
- • Losses due to player error, network disconnection, or device failure.
- • Unlawful use of your account or password sharing.
- • Access from restricted states or use by minors.
Our maximum liability is limited to refunding any unused balance remaining in your account.
14. Changes to Terms
Rummy91 may update these Terms and Conditions when new laws, payment systems, or features are added.

Continued use of the app means you accept the updated terms.
