This Privacy Policy is part of Rummy91 Terms of Service. By registering on our App and ticking "I agree", you give your consent to provide your personal / sensitive personal data to Rummy91, and you understand why we collect it. If you do not wish to provide the mandatory information, please do not register. Some services (especially cash games, deposits, withdrawals) cannot be used unless the required fields are completed.
1. Purpose of this Privacy Policy
Rummy91 respects your privacy and processes your data according to this Policy and applicable Indian laws. To let you use our online rummy and skill-based games, we need to collect, store, use and, in some cases, disclose your information. We collect data mainly to:
- verify and maintain user accounts
- complete deposits and withdrawals (UPI / Paytm / bank transfer)
- prevent fraud, bonus abuse and play from restricted states
- improve player experience (games, bonuses, promo code delivery)
We follow the principles of transparency, fairness, accuracy, data minimization, integrity and confidentiality.
2. What personal data do we collect?

We collect only what we need to run the platform safely.
3. Your Consent
By using Rummy91 you consent to Rummy91 using your Sensitive Personal Data and Other Personal Information for the purposes described in this Policy.
We limit access to your data only to those employees / contractors / agents who need it to process on our behalf.
You may write to us to withdraw your consent. But if you withdraw consent for mandatory items, we may have to stop or limit your access to cash games, deposits, withdrawals or bonuses.
If you send Rummy91 your photo or testimonial for marketing, you give us an irrevocable right to use it in our promotions.
Email / message consent:
When you register, you agree that Rummy91 may contact you via email / SMS / WhatsApp / in-app messages for: deposits, withdrawals, promo codes, security alerts, KYC, or referral invitations.
Call recording consent:
Calls or voice contact with our Customer Support may be recorded for training, quality and faster problem resolution.
4. Data Security
We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. This includes:
- HTTPS / encryption
- access control and role-based permissions
- internal reviews of data practices
- secure storage (firewalls, protected servers)
However, no system is 100% secure. Data sent over the Internet (for example via chat or email) may be exposed to risks. Please keep your password and OTP safe. If you suspect your account or login information is compromised, contact Rummy91 immediately.
Our App may contain links to third-party apps/websites. Those are governed by their own privacy policies; we do not control them. Please read their policies before sharing information with them.
5. Sharing of Information
Rummy91 does not sell personally identifiable information. We may share limited data only when necessary:
- Payment / banking / UPI – to complete your deposit or withdrawal.
- KYC / verification – to confirm your identity and age.
- Service providers – hosting, analytics, fraud detection
- Legal / government requests – when required by law or to enforce our Terms.
- Protection – to protect your rights, Rummy91 rights or public interest.
We may also use aggregated, non-personal data for auditing, traffic analysis and improving services.
6. Privacy for Minors
Rummy91 and all contests are only for persons 18 years or above. If you are under 18, you are not allowed to use our App.
If you are a parent/guardian and believe we have collected data from your child, please contact us and we will remove it.
7. Area / Territory Restriction
You must not play cash games on Rummy91 if:
- you are not legally allowed to transact in INR through Indian banking / UPI channels; or
- you are accessing from a jurisdiction / Indian state where cash online rummy is not legally permitted (the 10 states listed at the top).
If you violate this rule:
- your Rummy91 account may be locked immediately;
- you may not be entitled to receive any prizes, bonus or refund for cash games you joined while in restricted areas.
You agree to follow the laws of those restricted states and not to deposit, withdraw or join cash games/tournaments from there.
8. Refund Policy
You can request a refund if:
- Your payment was successful but the amount was not received in your Rummy91 balance.
- Due to technical problems of the App, we cannot provide game service to you for a long period.
- Because of a payment glitch you were charged twice / paid repeatedly.
How to request a refund:
- Contact Customer Service via WhatsApp / in-app / email and describe the issue.
- Our staff will check your transaction and assist you.
- If the issue cannot be fixed by crediting your balance, we will initiate a refund.
- In general, refunds are processed to your funding account within 5 working days.
Refund is NOT possible if:
- The Deposit has already arrived in your Rummy91 account and you have used / consumed part of it.
- The payment was made more than 3 days ago.
- There is clear evidence of cheating, abuse or harming other players, so your trading / withdrawals are restricted.
9. Changes to this Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy is a description of how Rummy91 handles user information. It does not create any extra legal rights for users. Rummy91 may update this Policy at any time (for example, when we add new payment methods like UPI/Paytm variants, change KYC rules, or update restricted states).
Your continued use of the App means you accept the updated Policy.
